About the role
You will be responsible for multiple vacancies, simultaneously updating your customers and managing your time accordingly. The role will allow you to work with both internal Royal Mail candidates and the external market, using your business knowledge to deliver recruitment attraction solutions for each audience.
You will manage end to end recruitment campaigns, including writing engaging job adverts, directly sourcing skilled candidates and arranging interviews across the country. You will become involved in key recruitment projects, developing process improvements and working with the wider recruitment team to continue to deliver a first class service.
You will be given the opportunity to complete the Level 2 Recruitment Resourcer Apprenticeship which will equip you with the REC-accredited Level 2 Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing to support your development in your new role. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship your salary will increase to £26,109 per annum.
You will have experienced working in a pressurised environment, managing multiple tasks concurrently alongside building professional relationships with a variety of key customers. You will be a fast learner and able to work both independently and support your team members as necessary.
With ever changing priorities, you will be confident in managing your own work load and answering queries from multiple customers and candidates. Ideally educated at degree level (or equivalent), you will have a keen eye for detail and be computer literate in key Microsoft Packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
As a self starter, you will have a desire to build and developa career withinthe UK's most trusted and reliable delivery brand. Preferably a recent graduate, you will have a real eye for process improvement opportunities, be proactive in your own personal career development and be keen to understand the complexities of the Royal Mail Group operation.
Working Hours - Monday to Friday, 34 hours per week between 8:30am and 6pm.
