Manages full recruitment lifecycle with a strong consultative approach. Consulting with hiring managers and HR partners to develop a strategic sourcing plan and ensure successful recruitment of quality candidates. Proactively uses e-recruitment tools and processes to source top qualified candidates. Focuses on developing pipelines of qualified talent and sourcing candidates with niche skill sets. Developing and maintaining effective networks to maximize visibility and attract top quality candidates. Works to improve current recruitment processes so as to drive increased operational effectiveness on assigned territory. Education (degree) and professional experience required: First level university degree; advanced university degree preferred. Typically 5+ years of experience in recruitment in an international organization, with at least one of those years in technology recruiting in one or more of the following fields / industries: IT, Engineering, Sales environment. Other requirements: Fluent English and at least 1 additional language (French or Italian or German or Dutch). Personal skills and qualities: Ability to translate recruiting strategy into meaningful and relevant actions plans under given time frames and KPIs in multiple countries. Demonstrated experience in deploying a mix of diverse recruiting / sourcing techniques in generating top talent pipeline across Europe. Excellent communication skills and proven consulting capabilities. Experience executing staffing programs in multiple business units in which the company competes for talent. (go to market or engineering). Active networker and relationship builder. Able to deal with ambiguity and changing business landscapes. Technical skills: Proficient use & knowledge of digital media within an international employment branding context. Proficient use of MS Office applications and digital sourcing platforms.
