As a Receptionist you will manage the reception desk of one of our busy education centres on a rotational basis, Ensuring the reception area is presentable and providing a professional service to students, guests and staff. This will involve overseeing signing in procedures, answering the phone, taking messages, forwarding emails and handling queries. Whether ordering stationery, photocopying or setting up student cards you will play a key role in making sure operations run smoothly. You must have experience of working in a people facing role coupled with a good telephone manner and excellent MS Office skills. Able to use your initiative and prioritise your work, you are calm under pressure and possess a confident and assertive manner. Happy to work on your own you are flexible and enjoy being busy. Ideally you will have an understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures, or be willing to undertake training.
