Being a friendly point of contact and maintaining strong working relationships with owners by email, phone or in person, responding to their requests professionally and promptly. Nurturing good and established relationships with local services and businesses. Co-ordinating trades to carry out annual compliance checks as well as adhoc property maintenance. Assisting the Operations Team through carrying out property checks and routine visits as well as being a point of contact and assistance to our Housekeeping Team. Being a professional friendly voice at the end of a phone, on email or in person. Responding to and following up on guest enquiries, including taking holiday bookings and processing guest payments. Various ad hoc administration duties as required. This is an exciting opportunity within our small business with definite room for growth. Desired days to work would be Monday 9am to 2pm, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9am - 2pm and Saturday 10am-4pm. A salary up to ᆪ19,500 per annum pro-rata is on offer for the right candidate.
