The Programme Administrator plays a key role in the efficient and effective operation of student and course administration throughout the studentメs career at Ravensbourne, from admissions and enrolment to graduation and beyond. The Programme Administrator is responsible for administration in support of the courses in a Department, giving priority to the following key areas of activity: - acting as the first point of contact for future and existing student enquiries; admissions, enrolment and student records; study trips, procurement assessment; attendance; and administrating the contracts of sessional staff. The post will also provide cover for the Student Information Desk when required.
