We have been providing market beating Customer Service for the last 150 years, and we need you to continue the legacy. You'll be the face of John Lewis, acting as an ambassador for the brand, providing the level of customer service which makes us unrivalled in the marketplace.

  • Selling Partners are required to take an active interest in the management of their department so you should have an understanding of retail, be aware of who John Lewis' s competitors are and be comfortable to offer advice to customers.
  • Our aim is to solve any customer queries/ complaints quickly, so you should be confident in managing such situations to a successful conclusion for both our Customers and the business.
