As the Administration Assistant " Partnerships you will work closely with the Buyer " Partnerships to provide support for the team. Your role will be to ensure that administration tasks are done efficiently and in a timely manner in line with the needs of the team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join our growing Partnership team and gain fantastic experience in our vibrant Northern Quarter head office.
- Assisting the buyer with range planning & selection of product for our partnerships.
- Liaising with our partners and answering queries, making them aware of issues etc.
- Liaising with buying teams for samples and information regarding product.
- Helping manage critical path dates to make sure deadlines are reached.
- Arranging partnership meetings and taking minutes during the meetings.
- Maintaining required filing system/records requirements.
- Photo sample management.
- Helping with the day to day running of the department.
- Ad Hoc tasks in line with the role.
