Looking to appoint a passionate and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to help build their business across On-Trade, RTM wholesale and specialist retail accounts (individual and groups). To be successful you will need to be enthusiastic, full of bright ideas and entrepreneurial in your approach.
- Maintain and promote the culture of the company whilst growing existing business and generating new business through strong relationship building.
- Maximise both brand visibility and sales volumes in your area, obtaining new back-bar, cocktail and speed rail listings.
- Develop and implement promotional in outlet / specific events to support development and drive ROS of company brands.
- Manage a range of customers across On-Trade customers (Bar / Pub Groups).
- Produce monthly reports, liaise with brand owners, negotiate and secure key accounts and manage trade promotion, tracking customer spend.
- Manage the process for negotiating and securing contracted volume of company brands in key accounts.
