The role will be responsible for building strong business relationships and driving ﾑPeople Partnership' across the DC/CC, partnering with Senior Managers in order to influence better people focused business decisions. This role will be responsible for providing generalist HR support and advice in all aspects of people management to The White Company Distribution Centre (DC) and Contact Centre (CC) teams and business partners.
Whilst the role will primarily be focused on supporting our DC and CC, there will also be emphasis placed on developing a holistic business view and so there will also be advisory duties in supporting retail and Head Office colleagues from time to time. There will also be the opportunity to work within the wider People Team on specific projects and to take ownership of key business priorities.
