You'll be working in the HRSD CH/EMEA Service Excellence team in London. Our role is to proactively drive a culture of continuous improvement and an effective HR process portfolio across HR Service Delivery CH/EMEA. We support employees, line managers and our HR colleagues by ensuring best in class services through the entire employee lifecycle

Act as an HR Operations Specialist for UK specific topics and own relationships with internal stakeholders, for example Junior Talent and Line Manager Advisory. Manage the workflow covering onboarding, employee lifecycle and exit administration. Make sure that our employees have a valid work permit, when needed. Support critical periodic vetting activities, including working directly with senior clients within the business. Treat sensitive documents with professionalism and discretion, minimizing risk of data breaches. Challenge the status quo, proactively propose improvements and implement all aspects of changes, including training, communication, documentation, control measures and early identification of potential issues and risks. Work in projects and deliver results according to priorities and targets, for example, digitalization. Make strong and sound decisions with the right balance when it comes to risk, efficiency, quality and standardization.
