An office administration role to assist in the day to day operation of the company. You will be the first point of contact for new and existing clients assisting them with booking appointments, and providing advice where possible. You will be working closely with several departments in the company including our suppliers, therefore good communication skills are essential. Experience with Microsoft Office and client management systems is desirable.

Arranging appointments and meetings with clients; Chasing outstanding invoices from clients; Placing orders with suppliers; Assisting our technical staff to ensure they can offer the best possible service; Ensuring all queries from clients are addressed;
