Primary Partner for the Technical and Sales and Marketing functions -  understand functions strategic initiatives, and provide high professional support from a HR perspective in a collaborative approach.

Talent Acquisition:

Manage Vacancy Filler metrics for responsible functions and take appropriate action to ensure speedy resolutions are provided to close key recruitment positions quickly. Talent Acquisition - including maintaining metrics/dashboard/reports. Ensure GDPR/process compliance. Be responsible for function case management (with the exception of any formal process for director level). To assist Head of HR in identifying and eliminating employee associated business risks. Employee engagement - assist in driving employee engagement initiatives/action plans for allocated function. Manage the employee engagement process and provide top level analysis. Coaching Culture - monitor and review progress, assigning buddies, reviewing alternative solutions. Graduate & student annual recruitment - manage process, incl; promotion campaign, website information, social media, recruitment process, onboarding, in business monitoring & management, end of term review and placement of graduate/student. Manage the Talent Management process (mid and end of year). Process Reviewer/change initiator - highlight process improvements to SBP. Be data driven - Manage & report on all function metrics, ensuring compliance and good linkage with other relative metrics. Identify knowledge sharing opportunities, and development for lower level HR development. Run talent management & leader inductions/training/development initiatives for function as and when required/appropriate. Provide advice, assistance, and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation. Ensure HR systems are accurate and promptly updated and compile reports/analysis. Participate in the delivery of the HR strategy. Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place and kept up to date providing advice and assistance with writing job descriptions when necessary. Provide advice and assistance in developing human resource plans. Ensuring compliance with government employment regulations. To maintain and store sensitive and confidential employee information in a secure manner in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations.

Development Responsibilities:

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; social media, maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organisations. Is always curious. Enhances department and company reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value. Ability to demonstrate personal/professional ongoing development. To assist in leading, developing and driving talent within HR department.
