Building collaborative working partnerships with the functional Hiring Managers and the HR Operations team. Working with Hiring Managers to understand candidate criteria and broadening the candidate brief to support attraction whilst still meeting the core skillset required. Collating and feeding back market data to Hiring Managers, HR Operations and the Performance and Reward team, utilising the data to influence. Building applicant and talent pools utilising direct sourcing methods including advertising, networking, referrals, approaches and headhunting. Building relationships with candidates and providing an exceptional candidate experience in line with the Bentley brand. Guiding Hiring Managers through the assessment process, acting as a guardian of best practice and ensuring fairness and consistency. Challenging and influencing Hiring Managers to support the integrity of recruitment decisions. About the Person: The successful candidate will be a Talent Acquisition Advisor, Resourcer, In House Recruiter, Recruitment Advisor or Recruitment Consultant within the commercial sector with experience of recruiting across a broad range of disciplines and roles include senior appointments. You will be able to evidence managing a high number of recruitment campaigns concurrently alongside a data led and results focussed approach. You will have prior experience of working with an applicant tracking system, multi posting tools, job-boards, professional networking sites and will be confident in utilising new technologies. You will be able to demonstrate your experience of recruitment marketing tools. You will place the Hiring Manager and Candidate at the heart of all decisions and demonstrate your ability to influence and challenge whilst maintaining collaborative working partnerships. You will be commercial and process led, with strong questioning and active listening skills. You will have a strong attention to detail combined with a transparent and resilient approach.
